Information for new patients / Initial consultations:
To make an appointment, please contact our practice by telephone, email or via the contact form so that we can ensure your details are recorded correctly.
We believe it is important to provide thorough advice and information prior to an operation. Please therefore allow around an hour for this initial consultation. During this time, we will endeavour to gather all the relevant information and provide you with comprehensive details.
Please also note that the consultation will be charged in accordance with the German Scale of Medical Fees (GOÄ). The consultation fee is usually between 50 and 80 euros plus VAT.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, we ask that you notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the appointment, in the interests of other patients. Please understand that if you cancel late or fail to cancel at all, we will have to charge you a cancellation fee of 60 euros.
